Pawna Lake

Nestled a considerable distance away from the bustling hill stations of Lonavala, Pawna Lake is a unique occurrence in itself; with hills surrounding the expansive body of water, the average adventurer checking in for the night has an enviable location as well as plenty to indulge in. Take a look at the photos to know what we mean!

Home-cooked village fare is available for both vegetarians and meat-lovers, with added specialties, should you ask for them!

With the various forts hidden away around the outskirts of the lake’s territory, one can take up any of the three treks of variable difficulty and even set up atop one of the forts for the night. As the night falls, get your cameras and telescopes out to examine the celestial gallery which envelopes every inch of the sky outside your tents.
